What is the recommended age range for kids subscribed to Wanlow?
Our boxes are designed with kids ages 6-11 in mind, but we recognize that children mature at different rates and your child is unique. Therefore, this subscription could very well be enjoyed by both younger and older children.
How do you develop the content, themes, and materials for Wanlow?
Boxes are designed by our team of subscription box experts consisting of men, women, and parents of various age groups. Our content and activities are curated from credible online and print sources and in partnership with teachers who work with kids in our target age range. We have also tested our products directly with children and incorporated their feedback to ensure every box is both fun and educational.
What kind of “themes” can I expect?
You can expect lots of different themes all built around learning and spending time outdoors like Animals, Star Gazing, Gardening, Parks, Outdoor Crafts & Games, and many more!
Can I send a Wanlow Subscription as a gift?
Yes, absolutely! Select "Gift It" from the menu and then select "Send As A Gift" on the product page. You can choose to send a gift of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months! You can also include a gift message and choose when the recipient receives the email notification to redeem their gift!
What is your mission?
Our Mission is to inspire a love for nature and provide fun activities and resources that get kids excited to spend more time outdoors and less time with their digital devices and tv screens. And the core values we convey for kids are Creativity, Fun, and developing a Relationship with Nature.
Does Wanlow require parent supervision?
Wanlow is designed as a journey or way to get your kids engaged with playing outdoors and learn about nature. The goal being that they’ll be able to do more things outside on their own as they progress through the subscription and as they get older. Having your kids playing outdoors independently isn’t an immediate journey with Wanlow and benefits most from parent guidance.
How much does the subscription cost?
Wanlow is $49.99 per month and includes Free Shipping within the USA! For orders shipping to Canada, shipping is an additional $19.99.
How long is the subscription I am signing up for?
Your subscription is month-to-month and will auto-renew on your anniversary date until you cancel. For example, you sign up on August 5th, you will renew on September 5th. You can always Pause, Skip, or Cancel your subscription at any time!
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States and Canada, including U.S. military addresses (or APO/FPO) and PO boxes. All Canadian orders will ship from the US to our Toronto facility at the end of each month. This can take 4-8 business days. Once it arrives in Toronto, it is immediately shipped with Canada Post Expedited service and tracking is provided by email. While this is not ideal, it’s currently the best option we have to get boxes to Canadian customers in a timely and affordable manner. We are working on a way to streamline this 😊
Which shipping company do you use to ship?
We use USPS, UPS, and Fedex depending on location and shipment size. We also use Canada Post for our customers in Canada. All shipments include tracking information.
When will my box arrive?
Your Welcome Box will ship within 5 business days of ordering. And each subsequent box will ship out within 5 business days from your renewal.
What will I receive each month?
Each month’s box will come with products, activities, and a booklet with learning material and games based around a common theme like Animals, Star Gazing, Gardening, Parks, Outdoor Crafts & Games, and more!
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time up until it renews. When you log-in to your Wanlow account, you will see an orange button that says EDIT/VIEW. Click this button and a pop-up will occur, in the bottom right-hand corner of this pop-up, press the “Cancel subscription” button. Follow the prompts on the next screen to finalize your cancellation.

Please note, when canceling your subscription you are canceling future renewals–not pending subscription shipments. If you have any further questions, please reach out to support@wanlow.com.
What is your returns policy?
If you received a duplicate order in error, you can return your Wanlow box as long as the items are unopened and in New condition. If you received a damaged item, we will happily send a replacement or something of similar value, within a 15 day period of you receiving your order. For any return inquiries, please contact our customer service team at support@wanlow.com. Please be sure to provide the Name/Email that is linked to your active account so we can assist you faster!
